Urban Purple

Urban Purple is a 1960s Noris slide projector bought, like many of my pieces, on EBAY. I love the curves of the simple design and the black cage bulb really enhances the overall look of the lamp.
Once stripped to bare metal and electrics worked out I then start masking ready for primer and paint in stages as each has to dry before re-masking a different area around the protected bare metal.
Once paint fully dry I clean all metal areas again with a de-greaser before 5 coats of primer completes the work before assembly.
Please remember there are sharp & slightly exposed areas so please place in a position away from small children!!!!
